Do I need to be home?
No. We only need access to the vehicle and keys. Leave the keys in an agreed-upon safe place and go about your day.
Do I need to clean out my car first?
No. Leave it exactly as it is. We’ll remove the items inside, detail the car, and put everything back where we found it.
What if I need the car finished by a certain time?
Tell us before we begin. A full interior and exterior detail usually needs at least 2–3 hours, but we can agree on a cutoff and prioritize the areas that will make the biggest difference. Lower-priority areas may wait until your next visit, and the booked price stays the same.
Is the online price the actual price?
Yes. The form shows your total before you choose an appointment. There are no hidden fees or upfront payments—you pay after the detail is finished.
What happens if it rains?
If you have a garage, rain is no problem. We can wash the car outside, then bring it inside to dry, wax, and finish. Light rain is manageable without a garage. In heavy rain without cover, we’ll work around breaks in the weather and reschedule only if completing the job properly isn’t possible.
Can you detail my car anywhere?
No. We need reliable water, a standard electrical outlet, and enough room around the vehicle. If a location has all three, we can work there. We bring all the hoses, extension cords, equipment, and supplies. Most appointments happen at the customer’s home.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
Tell us before we leave and we’ll fix it on the spot. If you’re still not thrilled, you don’t pay.
